As the owner of a new Mitsubishi Triton I feel it incumbent of me to pass on my sincere gratitude for the manner in which your staff of all persuasions conducted themselves. I was very impressed by their professional and personal manner.
You will appreciate that it can be a daunting task choosing a vehicle to suit ones needs, particularly with the variety of choice available in the market today. I had viewed other vehicles similar to the TRITON and after several weeks consideration I believe I made the right choice.
My special thanks go to Mr Wayne Schultz who made my decision a lot easier to make. There was no pressure selling but a genuine guy who made it his job to fully familiarize myself with the vehicle and its capabilities. A truly professional gentleman.

I rang with interest in a sprinter van, Dave was very informative over the phone with all the features that were immediately relative to work load I had intended for the vehicle. Dave also organised viewing of the vehicle on the weekend and although he wasn't inattendance he had organised another person (whose name escapes me) and followed through the following business day to ensure we were treated with the upmost satisfaction.

Fantastic service was provided by Andrew, Charleyne and the girl on reception (name I have had a mental blank). With limited time to purchase our vehicle before Dec 31st we were offered prompt, professional and friendly service at all times. All communication was via email or phone for our deal and at no stage was there a problem displayed given the impending pressure that the team was facing to meet the Dec 31st Business Tax cut off time. Upon collection of the vehicle we were offered the same service in person.
I myself being from a customer service background with Defence and receiving several awards it was fantastic to reinstill the assurance that there still is customer service out there in the real world and at no extra cost. Dear Madam, re service to my Subaru Forrester:
Once again I write to thank the Garry Crick organization for the continuing excellence of your service to my vehicle.
Yesterday I submitted my Forrester for replacement of a computer part, a crank angle sensor, PO335. The part had to be brought up from Sydney, and I was booked in for its replacement at 8.30 am at your Sugar Road facility.
When I arrived I was immediately met by a very welcoming lady who took me into the office and introduced me to one of the staff. Efficiency and immediacy were paramount, and I was on my way in the courtesy bus to the Plaza in a matter of fifteen to twenty minutes. The lady driver of the courtesy bus greeted me as an old friend and I felt very much as though I was part of the whole Garry Crick family.
When I collected my vehicle it had been repaired and washed, and being under warranty incurred no extra expense to myself. The efficiency and courtesy made the whole experience a very pleasant interlude in my day. I would like to express my thanks for that service and courtesy.
Imagine my surprise, on departing, to be given a bonus, a gift bag, with very useful items.
I encourage your organization and individual staff members to keep up their excellence in dealing with our vehicles and our personal needs. It is good to be a "member of the family."

I am replying to a survey you sent me asking to rate the recent servicing of my vehicle. The survey is attached.
Added to this I would just like to say that I have always been impressed with the servicing offered at Garry Cricks. Although there are now closer Volkswagen dealerships to where I live, I am happy to continue with your organisation. From the time I arrive for the servicing to when I pick up the car, everything runs efficiently and the staff are courteous. I particularly like being asked if there is anything other than the regular servicing I would like to have attended to and being informed at the end of the servicing of any issues that could affect my car in the near future. In the case of the latest servicing I was informed that my tyres would need replacing soon.
The biggest thing to consider in any evaluation however, is how the car runs afterwards. In this regard I have no complaints. While it is difficult to judge just what goes on under the bonnet, the fact that my car has never had any major problems since owning it (nearly 5 years now), is testimony in part to the servicing carried out.

I have just purchased a second hand car from your Nambour dealership and was looked after by Mr Kim Reid.
I found Kim to be very courteous, helpful, aware of our needs, and, above all, HONEST.
He ensured that the wheels and tyres that we requested to be fitted were the right ones to suit our needs. He also kept us informed exactly what was happening every step of the way, and the reasons why our car was not ready when it was promised.
The main reason we had to wait was your workshop staff considered some parts were borderline, and had to wait for genuine parts to be ordered in.
I will certainly be recommending your company, and in particular Kim, to anyone I know who are in need of a new, or used vehicle.
